情報過多の絶えず変化する現代において社会が個人にもたらす影響は図りしれない。効率化が進み、無益なものは急激に削がれていく。私たちはこの激動の時代に自身を失う怖さと共に生きている。そうした中、アスファルトの隙間から芽を出し、淡々と自らの時間軸を生きる植物を見て、私はある種の憧れを抱いた。現在の言語化できない、繊細なこの感覚を普遍的な存在として記録しておきたい。
In the turbulence and overload of information in the present age, the influence of society on the individual is immeasurable. Progress in efficiency has led to the rapid discarding of all things unproductive. We live amid fears of losing ourselves in this time of upheaval.Yet, a single plant grows from some cracks in the concrete, quietly living by its own rhythm of life. The scene evoked a sense of yearning in myself.I wish to record this delicate sensation that cannot be verbalised, as an omnipresence that transcends time and space.
